  • 240 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 240 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Wash and slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
Step 2
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
Step 4
In a third shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.

Dredge each zucchini slice in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
