  • 10 black peppercorns
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 10 jalapeños
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup white vinegar

Directions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, garlic, oregano, and peppercorns.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar and salt are dissolved.

Add the sliced jalapeños to the saucepan and remove from heat.
