  • 1 bell pepper
  • 400 grams black beans
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 150 grams corn
  • 400 grams diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 450 grams ground turkey
  • 400 grams kidney beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 400 grams tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened.

Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
