  • 1 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 900 grams potatoes
  • 1 teaspoons salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, stirring once halfway through.
