Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 200 grams cheddar cheese
  • 300 grams cream of mushroom soup
  • 230 grams egg noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 450 grams ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 120 grams sour cream
  • 400 grams tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
Step 4
Stir in the tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Step 5
Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles with the beef mixture. Stir until the noodles are well coated.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
