  • 1 cucumber
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tomatoes

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and green bell pepper.

Add the black olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
