These Baked Ham and Cheese Sliders are perfect for a quick and delicious meal. Layers of ham and melted cheese are sandwiched between soft rolls, brushed with a savory butter mixture, and baked to golden perfection.

  • 115 g butter
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 500 g sliced ham
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
Step 3
Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish.
Step 4
Layer the ham evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Step 5
Place the Swiss cheese slices on top of the ham.
Step 6
Cover with the top half of the rolls.
Step 7
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and onion powder.
Step 8
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Step 9
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 10
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Step 11
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
