Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.

Stir in the shredded chicken and green chilies. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.

In a medium bowl, combine the enchilada sauce and sour cream.

Spread a small amount of the sauce mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.

Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and some shredded cheese. Roll up and place seam-side down in the baking dish.

Pour the remaining sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
