  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup spinach

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. Trim any excess dough and crimp the edges.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk until combined.
