  • 60 grams bread crumbs
  • 500 grams broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 200 grams cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, beaten eggs, chopped onion, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.

Add the steamed broccoli to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the top of the casserole.
