Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Mash the bananas and add them to the mixture.

In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
