  • 30 g butter
  • 340 g corned beef
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 450 g potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Step 4
Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to brown, about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the corned beef, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through and well combined, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
