  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 20 button mushrooms
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 15 g parsley
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set the caps aside and finely chop the stems.

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Stir in the chopped mushroom stems.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the mushroom caps, mounding slightly.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
