  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g crab meat
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and diced avocado.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and gently toss to combine.

Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
