  • 1 g Baking powder
  • 60 g Cream cheese
  • 3 Eggs

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with baking powder until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and cream cheese until smooth.
Step 4
Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites until well combined.
Step 5
Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, making 6-8 even rounds.
Step 6
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Step 7
Allow the cloud bread to cool on a wire rack before serving.
