  • 5 grams black pepper
  • 50 grams butter
  • 10 grams fresh parsley
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 5 grams salt
  • 2 sirloin steak

Directions

Step 1
Season both sides of the sirloin steaks with salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
Step 4
Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a plate.
Step 5
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter.
Step 6
Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Step 7
Pour the garlic butter over the steaks and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
