  • 60 g butter
  • 300 g cheddar cheese
  • 60 g corn flakes
  • 300 ml cream of chicken soup
  • 900 g hashbrowns
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 240 ml sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.

Mix until everything is well combined.
Step 4
Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the crushed corn flakes over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
