Ingredients

  • 4 baguette
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 daikon radish
  • 30 ml fish sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 120 grams mayonnaise
  • 500 grams pork loin
  • 60 ml rice vinegar
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 20 grams sugar

Directions

Step 1
Marinate the pork loin with soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and minced garlic for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Cook the marinated pork loin in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, approximately 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine julienned carrot and daikon radish with rice vinegar and let it sit for 15 minutes to pickle.
Step 4
Slice the baguettes open lengthwise and spread a layer of mayonnaise on both sides.
Step 5
Fill the baguettes with cooked pork loin, pickled vegetables, cucumber slices, cilantro, and jalapeño slices.
Step 6
