  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 2 pie crust
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to coat the blueberries evenly.

Roll out one pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. Pour the blueberry mixture into the pie crust.
