  • 5 grams baking soda
  • 220 grams brown sugar
  • 230 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 grams ground cinnamon
  • 300 grams oats
  • 2 grams salt
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 200 grams white sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the oats.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
