  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 milliliters milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 pie crust
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

Boil the sweet potatoes in a pot until they are tender, about 40 to 50 minutes. Drain and allow them to cool.

Peel the sweet potatoes and mash them in a large bowl.

Add the softened butter to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix until well combined.

Stir in the sugar, milk, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth.

Pour the batter into the unbaked pie crust.
