This Monkey Bread is a sweet, sticky, and pull-apart treat that's perfect for breakfast or dessert. Made with dough balls coated in cinnamon sugar and drizzled with a rich butter and brown sugar mixture, it's an irresistible delight for any occasion.
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a bundt pan thoroughly with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large plastic bag, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters, and then shake 6 to 8 biscuit pieces in the sugar-cinnamon mixture until well coated. Arrange the pieces in the prepared bundt pan.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar and bring the mixture to a boil. Let it boil for 1 minute, then pour it over the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan.
Step 4
Bake for 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
Step 5
Allow the Monkey Bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate. Serve warm.
