Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices ham
  • 0.5 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices turkey
  • 8 slices white bread

Directions

Step 1
Lay out 4 slices of bread, and top each with one slice of ham, one slice of turkey, and one slice of Swiss cheese.
Step 2
Top with the remaining 4 slices of bread to form sandwiches.
Step 3
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Step 4
Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
Step 5
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Step 6
Cook the sandwiches in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Step 7
Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly.
Step 8
Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately with raspberry jam on the side.
