  • 60 ml milk
  • 480 g powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 115 g unsalted butter
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy and smooth.

Gradually add the cocoa powder and mix until well combined.

Add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
