  • 240 g all-purpose flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 450 g ground sausage
  • 120 ml milk
  • 5 g salt
  • 230 g shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, flour, shredded cheddar cheese, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the milk while mixing until everything is well combined.

Form the mixture into small balls, about 2.5 cm in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
