  • 240 g breadcrumbs
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g flour
  • 4 lemon wedges
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
Step 2
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Step 3
Place the flour in a shallow dish. In another dish, beat the eggs. In a third dish, combine the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 5
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 6
Fry the chicken breasts in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Step 7
Drain the chicken on paper towels.
Step 8
Serve the Chicken Milanese with lemon wedges on the side.
