  • 12 slices bacon
  • 120 g cheddar cheese
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 jalapeños
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.

Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
