  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 kg pork loin
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork loin.
Step 4
Place the pork loin on a roasting pan or baking dish.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
