  • 400 g artichoke hearts
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 120 ml mayonnaise
  • 120 g mozzarella cheese
  • 60 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 120 ml sour cream
  • 450 g spinach

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

Stir in the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 4
Add the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish.
