  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 30 grams butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 450 grams green beans
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Trim the ends of the green beans and set aside.
Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil and blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Step 4
Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 5
Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
Step 6
Season with salt and black pepper, and continue to sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the green beans are well-coated and heated through.
