  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 60 g parsley
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 60 ml red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Finely chop the parsley and garlic.

In a bowl, combine the chopped parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
