Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 15 g fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 60 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, milk, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Mix the ingredients together until well combined. You can use your hands for better mixing.
Step 4
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. You should get around 15-20 meatballs.
Step 5
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 6
Brush the meatballs with olive oil to help them brown.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
