  • 8 g black peppercorns
  • 4 g cardamom pods
  • 1 piece cinnamon stick
  • 4 g cloves
  • 24 g coriander seeds
  • 16 g cumin seeds
  • 1 piece nutmeg

Directions

Step 1
Combine coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, and cloves in a dry skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Toast the spices, stirring frequently, until they become fragrant and begin to darken slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the skillet from heat and let the spices cool completely.
Step 4
Place the cooled spices and the nutmeg in a spice grinder or blender and grind until you have a fine powder.
