  • 120 grams all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 chicken breast
  • 2 eggs
  • 240 grams panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 500 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dredge each breast in flour, shaking off the excess.
Step 3
Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Fry the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
Step 6
Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Step 7
Serve with shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce.
