  • 115 g butter
  • 150 g chocolate chips
  • 180 g flour
  • 30 ml milk
  • 2 g salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Heat treat the flour by microwaving it on high for 1 minute or baking it at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
Step 2
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Add the milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the butter-sugar mixture, and mix until well combined.
Step 4
Gradually add the heat-treated flour, mixing until fully incorporated.
Step 5
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Enjoy the cookie dough immediately or refrigerate for later use.
