Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large saucepan, cook the green beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Add the cooked green beans to the soup mixture and stir to coat evenly.

Transfer the mixture to a 2-liter casserole dish and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the crispy fried onions evenly over the top of the casserole.
