  • 240 g bisquick mix
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery
  • 2 pieces chicken breast
  • 1200 ml chicken broth
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
Step 4
Add the diced onion, sliced carrots, and sliced celery to the pot. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Step 6
In a bowl, combine the Bisquick mix and milk to form a dough.
Step 7
Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the boiling broth.
Step 8
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.
