Ingredients

  • 500 g beef
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 green onion
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Add the beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
Step 4
In the same pan, add the bell pepper and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 5
Return the beef to the pan and stir to combine.
Step 6
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water. Pour the mixture into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
Step 7
Add the chopped green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 8
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
