Step 1
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Add the beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
