Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 120 g breadcrumbs
  • 450 g canned salmon
  • 1 stick celery
  • 5 g dried dill weed
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 30 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Cook the patties in the hot oil until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 5
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
