1 packet au jus gravy mix

1.5 kg beef chuck roast

113 g butter

5 pepperoncini peppers

1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Directions
Step 1
Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Step 2
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
Step 3
Add the butter on top of the roast.
Step 4
Place the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
Step 5
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the roast is tender and can be shredded with a fork.
Step 6
Shred the meat and serve with the pepperoncini and juices from the slow cooker.
