  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 100 g fruit
  • 15 ml honey
  • 240 ml milk
  • 120 g rolled oats
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 120 g yogurt

Directions

Step 1
In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt (if using), and chia seeds (if using).
Step 2
Stir in the honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 3
Add the chopped fruit on top.
Step 4
Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
Step 5
In the morning, stir the oats and add additional toppings if desired before serving.
