  • 100 g butter
  • 120 ml dry white wine
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 450 g large shrimp
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 30 g parsley
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
