Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 onion
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tomato
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 200 ml water
  • 150 ml yogurt

Directions

Step 1
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Step 3
Add garlic paste and ginger paste, cook for another minute.
Step 4
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder. Stir well.
Step 5
Add pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
Step 6
Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
Step 7
Add yogurt and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Add water and salt, stir to combine.
Step 9
Cover and cook on low heat until the chicken is fully cooked and the curry thickens.
Step 10
Sprinkle garam masala on top and mix well before serving.
