Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g bread crumbs
  • 30 g butter
  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 300 g egg noodles
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cans tuna

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 4
Add the drained tuna, chopped onion, frozen peas, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Mix until well combined.

Fold in the cooked egg noodles until they are evenly coated with the mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Step 7
In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
