Ingredients

  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g cabbage
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 green onions
  • 250 g ground pork
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 150 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the flour and water until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In another bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped cabbage, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the filling.
Step 3
After the dough has rested, divide it into small pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle.
Step 4
Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
Step 5
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook for about 8 minutes or until they float to the top.
Step 6
Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
