  • 1.5 kg beef chuck roast
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme

Directions

Step 1
Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.

Place the roast in the slow cooker.

Add the chopped carrots, potatoes, and onion around the roast.
