- 240 grams cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 450 grams ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 240 ml sour cream
Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.

Arrange the frozen tater tots in an even layer over the beef mixture.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the tater tots.
